Job summary

We are looking for a Debug Technician to perform Level 1 and Level 2 PCB troubleshooting and repair. The role includes fault diagnosis, root cause analysis support, and collaboration with production teams to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing defects.

Job Description

• Study and understand electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and specifications for PCBAs/components.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and repair of circuit board assemblies at Level 1,2.
• Debug PCBs to identify faults or defects using standard tools and procedures.
• Assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain and update basic debug guides based on defect trends and observations.
• Compile debug data and prepare simple reports for analysis.
• Work closely with the production team to reduce defects and improve product quality.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions promptly to maintain workplace safety.
• Support preventive measures during the manufacturing process to minimize defects.
