Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace Malaysia is seeking an experienced avionics technical support specialist to respond to calls and emails, troubleshoot installation and maintenance issues, and ensure proper certification of avionic systems. • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and flight operations – 10 years industry experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred but not essential.
• Aerospace business acumen and Honeywell product knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails requiring Honeywell Aerospace Avionics technical support.
• Resolve complex technical issues concerning installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, operation, modification, and certification of Honeywell Aerospace Avionic systems.
• Capture and reuse technical knowledge gained during the technical issue resolution process – knowledge management.
• Using Lean Six Sigma tools, participate in or lead projects that will drive improved customer experience and improved business processes.
• Document of customer issues in Salesforce.com customer relationship management system.
• Build relationships with customers and internal support teams.
