Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive responsible for managing former inventories, planning dismantling of formers, and ensuring safe, efficient operations on the production floor.

The role involves maintaining FIFO records, supervising disposal of aging formers, and coordinating with planners and managers to resolve operational issues while meeting quality standards and ISO/GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any related field.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office applications, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate former inventory and ensure sufficient high-quality formers for production use.
• Plan, arrange, and supervise dismantling of formers from production lines safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate segregation, cleaning, and storage of used formers to preserve quality standards.
• Manage former inventory using FIFO and maintain lifespan records.
• Oversee disposal of aging formers according to schedule and company procedures.
• Maintain and monitor performance of former kiln firing machines and cleaning equipment.
• Establish procedures for administering the after-cleaning process for formers.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for former-related quality issues.
• Collaborate with Planners and Production Managers to address operational issues.

Drive the efficient running of departmental processes in alignment with the Manager’s directives.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate former inventory and ensure sufficient high-quality formers for production use.

2. Plan, arrange, and supervise dismantling of formers from production lines efficiently and safely.

3. Coordinate segregation, cleaning, and storage of used formers to preserve quality standards.

4. Manage former inventory using FIFO principles and maintain records of former lifespan.

5. Oversee disposal of aging formers according to schedule and company procedures.

6. Maintain and monitor performance of former kiln firing machines and cleaning equipment.

7. Establish procedures and standards for administering the after-cleaning process for formers.

8. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address former-related quality issues.

9. Collaborate regularly with Planners and Production Managers to address operational issues and align processes.

10. Comply with ISO9001/13485/14000/GMP standards and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related field.

2. Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse Management.

3. Proficient in computer skills, including Windows, MS Office applications, and AutoCAD.
