Job summary

ParkCity Medical Centre is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage full-cycle hiring in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with department managers, source candidates via portals and social networks, and coordinate interviews while maintaining accurate records and reports.

The role also supports employer branding and ensures policy compliance, with responsibilities including hostel and staff locker coordination and monthly reporting. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and update Monthly Reports and payment processes.
• Coordinate and manage hostel and staff locker.

Education

Degree/Diploma in any discipline
