ECADIN seeks a Sustainability Analyst to monitor ESG ratings and measure sustainability indicators across the organization. You will help build knowledge of sustainability initiatives and identify cost-saving, greener practices, while developing new indicators and reporting for management.

Your role involves collecting data, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing reports to communicate the impact of sustainability programs. Fresh graduates considered; degree in related fields required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with exposure to sustainability.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Understanding and knowledge in sustainability framework and practices.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and measure ESG ratings and sustainability indicators (energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, recycling).
• Assist to build and maintain knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and more sustainable practices; create new indicators.
• Collaborate with management to develop goals, metrics and processes for measuring sustainability performance.
• Collect and analyze company-wide data and provide senior management with analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in preparation of sustainability reports, benchmarking and improvements.
• Assist in developing reports/presentations to communicate effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and assist in developing a communication strategy.
• Perform ad hoc investigations as required.

Formation

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development or a related discipline

Overview

• Monitor and work on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) rating by ascertaining and measuring sustainability efforts and monitor sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, recycling, etc.
• Assist to build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Identify opportunities for cost saving, more sustainable practices and create new sustainability indicators.
• Work closely with management to develop appropriate goals, metrics and process for measuring the Company’s performance with respect to sustainability including safety, health, environmental, social and governance.
• Collect and analyse company-wide data on sustainability initiatives and programs and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to provide senior management with relevant analysis and recommendations on sustainability programs and reporting.
• Assist in preparation of sustainability related reports, benchmarking and identify improvements.
• Assist in development of reports or presentations to communicate and raise awareness on effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in communicating and promoting sustainability initiatives and programs; participate in the development of a sustainability communication strategy.
• Performs ad hoc work and investigations on areas of concerns as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development or a related discipline.
