Job summary

CJ Century Logistics – Bukit Raja, Selangor, is seeking an Executive Support & Sustainability Specialist to provide executive assistance to Senior Management and coordinate sustainability initiatives aligned with ESG directions.

The role covers travel coordination, project support, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years’ experience in relevant fields is required, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sustainability, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in executive support, administration, sustainability, ESG, corporate governance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Senior Management or C‑level executives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to Senior Management.
• Coordinate and support sustainability initiatives, reporting, and related activities.
• Act as liaison between Senior Management and internal departments, partners, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track deliverables and projects; provide regular updates to Senior Management.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, briefing papers, and documentation for Senior Management.
• Coordinate sustainability-related activities and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
