CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive to support order fulfilment across suppliers, distribution centres and stores in Malaysia. You will monitor outstanding orders, coordinate stock replenishment and resolve supply issues to ensure smooth operations.

You will also drive process improvements using Lark Base, define workflows and generate reports to increase visibility and reduce manual work, contributing to stronger fulfilment performance across the network.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Lark or workflow automation is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and interested in process improvement.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Executive to support order fulfilment across suppliers, distribution centres and stores. This role will monitor outstanding orders, resolve supply issues and coordinate timely stock replenishment.

The successful candidate will also improve daily processes using Lark Base, workflows and reporting tools to reduce manual work, strengthen visibility and improve fulfilment performance.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.

Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with Lark or workflow automation is an advantage.

Proactive, detail-oriented and interested in process improvement.
