Job summary

Hospital Picaso in Malaysia is seeking an experienced procurement professional to execute sourcing and purchasing activities, consolidate demand for better pricing, and support pricing reviews and contracts. The role also backs automation initiatives and annual development plans.

You will foster teamwork, ensure audit readiness, manage supplier qualification and performance evaluations, adhere to SOPs, and ensure all procured items comply with MDA, MSQH, ISO and FDA standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork, accountability and continuous learning within the shared-service team.
• Promote staff engagement and support the achievement of internal teamwork survey targets.
• Support supplier qualification and periodic performance evaluations.
• Adhere to procurement SOPs and prepare and maintain documentation to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Ensure that procured and stored items comply with applicable regulatory and healthcare standards (MDA, MSQH, ISO, FDA).

Education

Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent

Job Requirements
