Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive - Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-contract administration in KL or JB. You will assist with tendering, contract documentation, and commercial liaison with clients, consultants and contractors.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years’ relevant experience in property development or construction, with strong budgeting and negotiation skills.

We are seeking 2 candidates in KL and Kulai, JB:
Job Description:
Assist in Manage pre-contract processes with inter departments, consultants and tenderers.
Assist in Manage post-contract processes with inter departments, consultants and contractors.
Tender preparation, calling of tender, evaluation of tender submissions and recommendation for award.
Contract documentation and formalization after award of tender to contractor.
Liaison with client and consultants on pre and post contract matters.
Evaluate & process contractors' interim/ final progress claims.
Assess, review and made recommendation on variation work (VO) claims submitted by contractors.
Conclude contractors' final accounts.
Assist in monitor overall project budgets.
Any other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in both pre- and post-contract administration, preferably in the property development or construction industry
Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract documentation, and contract formalization
Experience in evaluating progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final account settlements
Familiarity with project budgeting and cost control procedures
Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual and commercial matters
Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in township development will be an added advantage
