Job summary

ECO MAJESTIC DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Sales Administration professional to support SPA documentation, loan processing, billing, refinancing, and transfer execution within our property development team.

You will coordinate with Finance and Project teams to ensure timely handover of VP to purchasers, prepare cash flow projections, manage inquiries, and ensure collections are remitted on time, with strong knowledge of IFCA Developer system and housing acts.

Qualifications

• Professional Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or credit control within the property development industry.
• Hands‑on experience with IFCA’s Developer system.
• Knowledge of the Housing Development Act and KPKT compliances.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration correspondences and documentation related to SPA, loans, issuance of billing, refinancing, and perfection of transfer.
• Ensure collections are remitted within specified timeframes.
• Prepare and oversee VP documents, coordinating a smooth process with the Project/Property team for timely handover of VP to purchasers.
• Prepare cash flow projections and sales documentation reports for management review as directed.
• Attend incoming calls, walk-ins, and emails.
• Liaise with bridging financiers for disclaimer letters and redemption payments.
