Job summary

Lagenda Management Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC Executive to conduct regular quality inspections across construction projects, covering structural, architectural, and M&E scopes. You will maintain inspection records and generate timely QA/QC reports while identifying defects and coordinating rectifications with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections across assigned construction projects
• Ensure maximum project coverage within the defined QA/QC plan
• Perform inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E works
• Maintain proper records of all inspections conducted
• Prepare and issue QA/QC inspection reports promptly after site inspections
• Highlight defects, non-compliances and areas for improvement in reports
• Identify, record, and track defects during inspections
• Follow up with site personnel and contractors on defect rectification works
• Monitor timely completion of rectification works within agreed timelines
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality requirements are met

About you

Ability to conduct quality inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E works

Ability to provide practical recommendations and guidance for defect rectification

Capability to track and analyse defect trends across projects

Experience in maintaining updated records and documentation for audit purposes
