About the role

YOTU BUILDER SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Building QAQC Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a critical position based at our landed housing project in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and quality control throughout the construction process. As QAQC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining project specifications, building codes compliance, and overall project excellence. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering superior quality homes to our clients and ensuring all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Identify, track, and coordinate with subcon for rectification of construction defects.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications: CIDB green card, QA/QC or ISO certifications (advantages).
• Experience: QA/QC and defect supervision in construction projects an advantage.

Skills

• Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (e.g., JKR, CIDB, QLASSIC).
• Ability to read drawings, use inspection tools/software.
