Job summary

Lagenda Management Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Executive to conduct regular inspections across construction projects, covering structural, architectural, and M&E works, and to maintain records.

You will prepare QA/QC inspection reports, highlight defects, track their rectification, and liaise with site teams and contractors to ensure timely completion and compliance with the QA/QC plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct quality inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E works.
• Prepare and issue QA/QC inspection reports accurately and promptly.
• Experience in defect identification, recording, and tracking.
• Provide practical recommendations for defect rectification.
• Track and analyse defect trends across projects.
• Maintain updated records and documentation for audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections across assigned construction projects
• Ensure maximum project coverage within the defined timeframe as per QA/QC plan
• Perform inspections on various work scopes including structural, architectural, and M&E works
• Maintain proper records of all inspections conducted
• Prepare and issue QA/QC inspection reports accurately and promptly after site inspections
• Highlight defects, non-compliances, and areas for improvement clearly in reports
• Identify, record, and track defects during inspections
• Follow up with site personnel and contractors on defect rectification works
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of rectification works within agreed timelines
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality requirements are met
