Job summary

Sunway Education Group's Facilities Services team invites you to apply for a campus facilities project role. You will support renovation projects, assist in design coordination, and prepare drawings and quantities using AutoCAD and related documents.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with strong organization, communication, and time-management skills. Experience in facilities management is a plus, and multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support campus improvement and renovation projects, including feasibility studies and scheduling.
• Assist in design coordination, consultant engagement, and authority approvals.
• Review design drawings for value engineering and maintenance practicality.
• Draft small-scale project drawings using AutoCAD and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate tender briefings, interviews, and ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Liaise with stakeholders for site coordination and safety compliance.
• Monitor variation orders, contractual matters, and Defect Liability Period.
• Handle project documentation, meeting coordination, and minutes writing.
• Support procurement and asset management for renovation-related purchases.
• Assist with on-campus maintenance troubleshooting.
