Job summary

Ditrolic Energy, headquarted in Malaysia, is a renewable energy infrastructure company delivering solar PV, wind, energy storage and energy management projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate and implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope, while presenting updates to stakeholders and clients. This role requires strong engineering background, 3+ years of project management experience, and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably construction management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial infrastructure projects.
• Experience analysing site-specific project strategies and development.
• Ability to manage project staff and sub-contractors independently.
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of planning software including MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the whole company’s projects and act as a Project Manager to develop and manage Solar PV projects
• Evaluate project resource needs for executing the projects
• Create and review of Project schedule including incorporated information from all relevant parties
• Keep track and ensure Project Milestones and Deliverables are delivered on time
• Support other activities as Business Development and Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV Projects
• Develop and execute project risk management plans for new projects
• Log and resolve Project Issues and Risk
• Manage internal and external Project Stakeholders
• Manage Project Budget to minimize cost overruns
• Lead and Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and owners
• Produce, review and control Project schedules including constructions and key deliverables using MS Project and/or other scheduling softwares
• Interface with government agencies on project executions on permit and consent
• Reporting of projects status’ on a weekly basis
• Provide input on company wide process and documentation improvements
