Job summary

Vision Mission Cleaning in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to supervise cleaning operations and oversee ad-hoc service requests, ensuring high quality, safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead cleaning staff, allocate workloads, and monitor performance across assigned locations.

The role requires coordinating with customers and subcontractors, maintaining records, and contributing to the IMS and ISO management systems. Rotation day/night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management or service operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, safety and ISO or ESG practices.
• Willing to work rotating Day & Night Shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Willing to travel and perform operational duties when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning projects and ad-hoc cleaning service requests from customers.
• Monitor and supervise cleaning staff at assigned locations, including workload allocation, productivity, performance and service quality.
• Ensure proper use, handling and control of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and servicing records for cleaning equipment.
• Conduct stock checks and arrange replenishment of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Conduct staff induction and on-the-job training in quality, health, safety and environmental practices.
• Assist Operations Manager in recruitment and deployment of project-based cleaning staff.
• Prepare monthly reports, work schedules and project documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs for cleaning operations.
• Implement and comply with IMS and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

• Conduct staff induction and on-the-job (OJT) training in accordance with relevant quality, health, safety and environmental practices.
• Assist the Operations Manager in the recruitment and deployment of project-based cleaning staff.
• Prepare monthly reports, work schedules and other required project documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning operations as required.
• Implement, maintain and comply with the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System).

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management, housekeeping or service operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, safety, ISO or ESG practices will be an advantage.
