Job summary

MSS Biofresh Sdn Bhd is seeking a supervisor to coordinate cleaning and landscaping activities, ensure schedules are met, and address client quality concerns. The role involves leading cleaners and landscapers, applying standard operating procedures, and supporting management with documentation and claims processing.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in cleaning services or related facility management, with Bahasa Malaysia and English language skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in cleaning services supervision, commercial housekeeping, or a related facility management field.
• Computer literacy; strong leadership & handling workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise cleaning and landscaping to ensure attendance, schedules, and deadlines are on track.
• Handle complaints from clients regarding quality and manpower issues.
• Implement proper operation methods, policies, and principles.
• Oversee cleaners and landscapers.
• Assist the management team with documentation and claim processing.
• Undertake ad-hoc operation tasks with flexibility.

Required Experience

Preferred Education

- Possess at least an SPM with 1 year of experience in cleaning services/housekeeping, OR

- A Diploma in Facility Management or any related field

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
