Job summary

Vision Mission Cleaning (VMC) seeks a capable operations professional to execute cleaning projects, supervise staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple sites in Malaysia. You will manage workloads, monitor performance, and uphold quality standards while maintaining equipment records and coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires 1-3 years in cleaning/facilities management, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices, and willingness to rotate

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management, housekeeping or service operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, safety, ISO or ESG practices will be an advantage.
• Willing to work rotating Day & Night Shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Willing to travel and perform operational duties when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning projects, including ad-hoc cleaning service requests from customers.
• Monitor and supervise cleaning staff at assigned locations, including workload allocation, productivity, performance and service quality.
• Ensure the proper use, handling and control of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and servicing records for cleaning equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct stock checks and arrange replenishment of cleaning materials and equipment when required.
• Conduct staff induction and on-the-job (OJT) training in accordance with relevant quality, health, safety and environmental practices.
• Assist the Operations Manager in the recruitment and deployment of project-based cleaning staff.
• Prepare monthly reports, work schedules and other required project documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning operations as required.
• Implement, maintain and comply with the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

About you
