Role Description The Cleaning Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bedong, responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring high service standards across client facilities. This role includes planning and assigning cleaning tasks, monitoring work quality, and verifying that all areas meet agreed cleanliness and hygiene requirements. The supervisor coordinates staff schedules, trains team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures, and ensures compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. The position also involves maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, handling on-site issues, and providing clear, timely communication with clients and internal teams. The Cleaning Supervisor is expected to support a tech-enabled, transparent service model and uphold SSR Cleaning Services’ commitment to reliability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Commercial Cleaning, including office, high-traffic areas, and post-event cleaning standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and management.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including safe chemical handling, PPE use, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in facilities management, familiarity with digital reporting tools, basic inventory management skills, and the ability to work flexible hours when required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in a cleaning supervisory role or related field will be an advantage.
