Job summary

Vision Mission Cleaning is seeking a Junior Executive, Cleaning Projects & Area Operations in Johor Bahru to support daily cleaning operations and project coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, site coordination, and project support within the cleaning services industry.

You will execute cleaning projects, supervise staff, and assist in coordinating daily operations, while maintaining health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning operations, facilities management or related field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, safety, ISO or ESG practices will be an advantage.
• Willing to work Night Shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Willing to travel and perform operational duties when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning projects especially ad-hoc requests for cleaning services from customers
• Monitor and supervise cleaning staff at assigned cleaner work locations through the allocation of workloads, monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, paying attention to productivity and quality control
• Assist in coordinating daily cleaning operations support Executive, Area Operations in manpower deployment and replacement arrangements
• Assist in site inspections and follow up on service quality issues
• Control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials and equipment for assigned projects
• Upkeep the necessary maintenance and servicing records / forms of cleaning equipment in accordance with set procedures
• Maintain Project documentation, records and filing
• Carry out stock checks, replenishment of equipment and materials as required
• Arrange / carry out the induction and on-the-job (OJT) training of cleaning staff in accordance with relevant health and safety practices
• Prepare monthly reports and work schedules in a timely manner
