Job summary

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS is seeking a Programme Delivery Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of executive and professional programmes hosted at the university's facilities in Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires 5–7 years' relevant experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in programme delivery or related field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in end-to-end service delivery helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operational delivery of executive programmes and business centre rental.
• Support programme scheduling, logistics, SME coordination, and participant communications.
• Monitor programme readiness and operational matters.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards and workflows.
• Monitor processes to identify gaps, risks and HSE matters.
• Support review and enhancement of processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with clients, participants and SMEs as a main contact for delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external service providers to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate programme records and reports; prepare post-programme feedback.
• Ensure documentation complies with institutional and quality requirements.
