Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Process Improvement professional to analyze and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations at the Klang Distribution Centre. You will lead improvements in receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while developing SOPs and monitoring key performance indicators.

The role requires on-site presence at the Bukit Raja, Klang DC and collaboration with the warehouse operations team to drive adoption of new processes and WMS enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in warehouse operations or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools (certification advantageous).
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

This position is based at our Distribution Centre (DC) in Bukit Raja, Klang. The role requires on-site presence to drive warehouse process improvement initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, support WMS implementation, and work closely with warehouse operations and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance.
