Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking an analyst to process and review health claims within policy guidelines, ensuring timely payments and efficient operations for hospital admissions and discharges.

The role supports the helpline and responds to customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Fresh graduates or 2–3 years’ healthcare experience are welcome, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of study.
• Fresh graduate or Candidate with 2 - 3 years working experience in healthcare related industry and/or knowledge in medical/ health claims.
• Possess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz’s enhanced customer experience journey.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.

• Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department
