Job summary

Carro is seeking an administrative coordinator in Malaysia to support daily vehicle handovers, deliveries, and operational reporting. You will manage courier documents, filings, and cross‑department admin tasks while ensuring SOP compliance and a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Punctual, results-driven and with a good working attitude.
• Fluency in English and Malay (or other dialects) is an added advantage.

• Coordinate daily vehicle handovers and deliveries with customers.
• Prepare and maintain daily handover, delivery, and operational reports.
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier documents, ensuring accurate documentation and filing.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and operational documents.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and documentation standards.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including ad hoc tasks.
• Attend required training programs and maintain a professional, organized workplace.
• Be willing to travel or relocate to other branches when required.
• Achieve assigned KPIs and maintain good attendance and work performance.
