Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Customer Service to manage the Order-to-Cash process from sales order creation to invoicing and cash collection within the Performance Material unit.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, compliant documentation, and proactive customer updates, while supporting AR monitoring and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, outbound logistics, or distribution management.
• Experience with SAP for Sales Order, Delivery Order, invoicing and related O2C processes.
• Understanding of Incoterms and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create Sales Orders and Delivery Orders accurately in SAP and communicate stock availability, delivery lead-times, and customer requirements.
• Manage outbound supply chain processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery, process order changes and cancellations, and provide proactive status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to streamline operations and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and address delays or disruptions to minimize impact on customer experience.
• Ensure all outbound shipments comply with trade regulations and Incoterms, licenses, and permits, with accurate documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoice creation in SAP, including Credit and Debit Notes for goods returns.
• Support monitoring and follow-up of customer payments and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Identify and analyze issues related to order fulfilment, warehouse and logistics operations, quality, or customer satisfaction, collaborating to resolve challenges.
• Communicate solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels and allocation for outbound shipments, identifying excess stock and shortage issues with Planners and Inbound Specialists.
