Job summary

Epic Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance/Services, Workshop Executive to ensure excellent services, minimize breakdowns, and coordinate rigging equipment maintenance. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.

The candidate will monitor daily breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, conduct crane PMA re-certifications with DOSH, keep rigging equipment color-coded and well maintained, and prepare annual budgets and

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and basic administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily machinery breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
• Conduct re-certification of crane’s PMA with DOSH.
• Ensure rigging equipment are color coded and well maintained for daily operation.
• Prepare annual budgets, reports, and documents for management review.
• Maintain records and documentation updated; perform HR and administrative tasks.
• Monitor manpower attendance and promote HSE awareness; ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

• The Maintenance/Services, Workshop Executive is responsible to ensure excellent services in order to minimize number of breakdowns occurs and to monitor machineries maintenance and coordinate any rigging equipment maintenance. It would be aligned with the strategy of the PBKSB, supporting and facilitating all the clients needed in base.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in related fields.
• This role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and basic administrative abilities to keep operations running smoothly.
• Computer literacy for reporting and work tracking.
• Monitoring machineries daily breakdown and preventive maintenance as per scheduled.
• To conduct re-certification process of crane’s PMA with DOSH.
• Ensure all rigging equipment are color coded well maintained, and sufficient for operation daily use.
• To prepare annual budget, reports and any other documents for management review as required.
• To come up with adequate document’s during audit.
• To keeps proper record and documentation updated and well maintained.
• To perform all HR and administrative task including personnel records and correspondence.
• To monitor manpower attendance and ensure punctuality to workplace
• To inculcate HSE awareness at workplace.
• Comply with all policies, rules and regulations set by EPIC.
• To perform other duties as directed by the management from time to time.
