Job summary

The role requires strategic leadership, strong governance, and deep knowledge of reference data, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate across Citi units, manage budgets, and drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Exceptional track record in people leadership and senior stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Reference Data Management and Transactional Life Cycles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate at senior levels.
• Experience with risk management and compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams to ensure on-time task execution and internal trainings.
• Oversees processes, procedures and control functions; keeps staff updated on rules.
• Ensures risk management, compliance, QA, and timely corrective actions.
• Leads initiatives across internal teams and migrations of new processes with risk analysis.
• Provides governance, performance management, recruitment and staff development.
• Drives VOC/VOE feedback into improvements; fosters risk-aware culture.
