Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President - Client Onboarding Lead Analyst to steer complex client onboarding projects in a high-stakes environment. You will manage end-to-end processes, align with Sales, Product, Technology, and Risk teams, and serve as the trusted advisor to our clients. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities include governance, cycle-time reduction, and clear client communication. A PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in client onboarding or related roles.
• Familiarity with Cash and Liquidity (LMS) products implementation.
• Project management skills and professional certification preferred (e.g., PMI).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding deals and project management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Technology, and Legal.
• Act as single point of contact for clients and internal partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop customized project plans with deliverables, milestones, and governance.
