Job summary

DHL Malaysia is seeking an IT specialist to design and support system integrations, EDI and API connections, and automation initiatives within our logistics IT team. You will develop Power BI dashboards for operations, collaborate with business users, customers and vendors, and ensure data quality, system performance, and process efficiency across the supply chain.

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in system integration, EDI, API, or automation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, SAP is a plus.

• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or SAP environments is an added advantage.
