Responsibilities

• Perform OS installation, software deployment, and endpoint hardening per standardized builds and security requirements.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, tagging, and tracking records.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and backup management to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor and manage hardware warranties, software licensing, and IT support contracts.
• Ensure asset lifecycle management complies with security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Securely dispose of IT assets with proper data sanitization and destruction per policy.
• Manage end-to-end IT procurement: RFQ prep, quotes, vendor selection, and PO issuance.
• Coordinate with vendors for acquisition, delivery, and support of IT hardware/software.

Job description

• Perform operating system (OS) installation, software deployment, and endpoint hardening in accordance with standardized builds, configurations, and security requirements.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, tagging, and tracking records.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and backup management to ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Monitor and manage hardware warranties, software licensing, and IT support contracts.
• Ensure IT asset lifecycle management complies with security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Manage the secure disposal of IT assets in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including proper data sanitization and destruction prior to disposal.
• Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process, including RFQ preparation, quotation evaluation, vendor selection, and purchase order (PO) issuance.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the acquisition, delivery, and support of IT hardware and software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, or any other related fields.
• Basic understanding of Scripting e.g. PowerShell / Bash (basic automation)
• Familiar with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Willingness to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
