LGB Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an Insurance Executive for administration work related to general insurance in Kuala Lumpur. You will arrange cover, provide solutions on insurance matters, and handle claims, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing of policies and invoices to insured clients.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, maintaining records, liaising with HODs and panel insurers, handling inquiries, and ensuring confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 1–2 years in insurance preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Administration work for general insurance such as arranging cover, providing solutions on insurance matter and handling claims.

Prepare quotation, sending policies and invoices to insured and follow up on premium payment.

Ensure that all policies / endorsements are issued accurately and promptly.

Ensure all records and documents are properly stored and maintained.

Liaise directly with superior, HODs and panel insurance companies in all insurance related matters.

Promptly attend to all enquires, incoming calls, complaints, and correspondence from insureds (both internal and external).

To carry out any other duties and job functions instructed from time to time by the Company.

Requirements:

Possess at least Bachelor’s degree , Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field

Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in Insurance. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Good verbal communication skill and ability to work independently and effectively in a team.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Meticulous and have an eye for detail.

Computer Literacy including Ms Office and Excel.

Mandarin is a requirement for this role. As you are required to liaise with mandarin speaking companies and individual clients. Ability to read and write is an extra credit.
