Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the overall operations of the Housekeeping Department, supervise staff, and ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline and a minimum of three years in a senior housekeeping position, with knowledge of ISO standards and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum three years experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or current Executive Housekeeper in a hotel/service apartment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player and able to lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Ensures cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the hotel.
• Ensures adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares Annual Housekeeping Budget.
• Maintains par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
• Implements Housekeeping systems and procedures per ISO standards.
• Monitors pest control activities.
• Assists staff development and training and evaluates effectiveness.

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn. Bhd., is currently looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

Oversees the overall operations of Housekeeping Department.

Supervises all housekeeping employees, plans and assign work assignments for regular duties and special duties according to occupancy forecast.

Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the Hotel.

To ensure that corporate and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all levels.

Preparation of Annual Housekeeping Budget.

Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.

Implement Housekeeping systems and procedures as per ISO standards.

Monitoring of pest control activities.

To assist in the staff development and training as well as monitoring its effectiveness.

Requirements:

Must possess Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.

Minimum three years experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or currently holding the position of Executive Housekeeper of a hotel/service apartment.

Knowledgeable in ISO standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a team player.

Ability to lead a team.
