Job summary

MPalace Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in a luxury city center property. You will develop schedules, supervise inspections, and ensure facilities and equipment operate at peak standards to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role requires proven hotel housekeeping management experience, knowledge of procedures and equipment, and proficiency with housekeeping management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.

Conduct regular inspections to identify housekeeping needs and carry out necessary checking’s.

Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies, initiating procurement as needed.

Inventory accurate records of housekeeping activities.

Knowledgeable in cost measurement and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of housekeeping principles, techniques, and equipment.

Proficient in using housekeeping management software and tools.

Experience in Hotel industry as a Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper for not less than 2 years.
