Job summary

Sunway Healthcare is seeking a Finance professional to coordinate Investment Tax Allowance (ITA) claims by consolidating CAPEX records, verifying expenditure eligibility, and preparing detailed claim schedules.

You will maintain accurate audit trails, liaise with Finance, Procurement, tax consultants, and auditors, and support ITA submissions, reconciliations, and management reporting while upholding confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2–4 years’ experience in accounting, audit, taxation, fixed assets or CAPEX/project accounting.
• Experience in external audit, tax incentives, capital allowance, fixed-asset verification or construction/project accounting would be advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare, property development, construction or other capital-intensive industries is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data reconciliation.
• Able to analyse large volumes of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Good understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts, payment records and fixed-asset registers.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
