Job summary

ECO TROPICS DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is seeking a treasury-focused professional in Malaysia to manage cash flow, lender relations, and liquidity for operations and projects. The role emphasizes accurate receipt allocation, forecasting, and timely disbursements.

You will coordinate with banks and internal teams, prepare treasury and financing reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations and prepare treasury reports.
• Coordinate disbursement planning for contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Record incoming payments promptly and allocate receipts to the correct accounts and projects.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity.
• Coordinate fund disbursement planning for contractor payments, land payments, consultants, and intercompany transactions.
• Liaise with banks and internal teams to track end-financing status and ensure timely disbursements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.

Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, project payments, and loan servicing. Coordinate fund disbursement planning for contractor payments, land payments, consultants, and intercompany transactions. Liaise with banks and internal sales administration teams to track end-financing status and ensure timely loan disbursements. Perform bank reconciliations and prepare treasury reports, including cash position summaries and financing exposure reports for management. Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes and ensure processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
