Job summary

EcoWorld in Malaysia is seeking a treasury professional to support cash flow planning, payment processing and banking relations. You will record receipts, forecast liquidity, and coordinate disbursements for projects and suppliers, ensuring compliance with policies.

The role involves bank reconciliations, treasury reporting, and maintaining audit-ready documentation while collaborating with internal teams to optimize liquidity and financing exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Experience in treasury or cash management preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record incoming payments and allocate receipts to correct accounts and projects.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity.
• Coordinate fund disbursement planning for contractor payments, land payments, consultants and intercompany transactions.
• Liaise with banks and internal teams to track financing status and ensure timely loan disbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare treasury reports, including cash position summaries.
• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure processes comply with policies.

Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, project payments, and loan servicing. Coordinate fund disbursement planning for contractor payments, land payments, consultants, and intercompany transactions. Liaise with banks and internal sales administration teams to track end-financing status and ensure timely loan disbursements. Perform bank reconciliations and prepare treasury reports, including cash position summaries and financing exposure reports for management. Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes and ensure processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
