Lantera Venue in Shah Alam seeks an events coordinator to understand client needs, budgets and goals, and to craft creative themes, layouts and timelines for weddings, corporate events and more.

You will prepare and monitor budgets, source and liaise with vendors (catering, decor, AV, entertainment), create floor plans and run-sheets, manage event flow, and supervise setup while coordinating with vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
