Job summary

Luv Sweettooth Enterprise in Penang (George Town) is seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support planning and on-site execution for corporate, wedding or party events.

You will join discussions with sales and design teams to understand event flow and themes, help prepare checklists, load and arrange items safely, set up decorations according to the design brief, keep the venue tidy, inspect equipment after use, and assist with packing up and dismantling at the end.

Responsibilities

• Join internal discussions with sales and design team to understand event flow and theme
• Assist in preparing checklists, packing lists and loading schedules
• Load, unload and arrange event items in an orderly, safe manner
• Setup corporate, wedding or party decorations on-site (according to design brief)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space
• Inspect and record equipment condition after use
• Pack up and dismantle decorations and equipment after the event
