Job summary

LC X JE is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage daily marketplace operations on Shopee and Lazada, handling orders, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to support sales growth.

You will update product listings, pricing, and promotions; monitor store performance; coordinate shipments; and collaborate with internal teams on inventory, campaigns, and order issues to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Shopee and Lazada seller accounts.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, or digital retail.
• Familiar with order processing, customer service, and fulfillment procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage daily marketplace tasks.
