Job summary

LB ADVANCED MATERIAL ASIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable company driver to transport directors and senior staff in a Toyota Alphard.

You will plan routes, ensure punctual pickups, and assist with luggage while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards. The role requires a valid Malaysian driving licence, a minimum of 3 years of driving experience, and familiarity with key routes in Penang, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur and major airports.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Malaysian driving licence for the assigned vehicle.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience preferred.
• Experience with executive MPVs (Alphard/Vellfire) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of routes in Penang, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur and major airports preferred.
• Able to use Waze or Google Maps.
• Punctual, trustworthy, discreet and professional.
• Follow Malaysian traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Maintain grooming, discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Transport authorised passengers to offices, meetings, airports, hotels and other approved destinations.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic and arrive punctually for scheduled pickups.
• Assist with luggage and reasonable passenger requirements; maintain courteous and professional service.
• Keep the Toyota Alphard clean, presentable, fuelled and ready for use.
• Conduct daily pre-trip checks including tyres, lights, brakes, fluids and visible damage.
• Coordinate servicing and notify Administration of road tax, insurance and inspection deadlines.
• Immediately report defects, incidents, accidents or breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, toll and expense records with receipts.
• Keep management discussions, itineraries and company information confidential.
• Coordinate daily transport arrangements with Management or Administration.

About you

Ensure seat belt use and never drive while impaired, distracted or fatigued
