Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a Direct Sales Executive for Kepong/Setia City Mall. You will promote Credit Cards, manage applications, and drive sales performance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• SPM with 2 years sales experience is required.
• Diploma or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills are essential.
• Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card products.
• Ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
• Create opportunities and strategies to develop new sales and increase achievements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in line with company quality standards.
• Comply with all related regulatory and Do’s/Don’ts.

Job Responsibilities:

Below is a glimpse of what you will do

To sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.

To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.

To create an opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.

To ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the company.

To have the best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements (Do’s and Don’ts).

Job Requirements:

We are pursuing for someone who has

Passionate and self-driven.

Minimum possess SPM with 2 years sales experience.

Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree) are welcome to apply.

Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.

Strong selling and negotiation skills.

Have own transportation.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.

Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
