Job summary

RED ONE Mobile in Puchong, Selangor is seeking an Executive Data Analyst (Business Intelligence & Insights) to turn data into actionable business insights. The role sits in the Digital Transformation team, focusing on understanding why and how business performance happens.

You will analyse revenue, subscriber growth, activations, churn and customer value, develop Power BI dashboards, and present findings to management. Proactive collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or performance reporting.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance across revenue, subscriber growth, activations, churn, retention, collections and customer value.
• Identify emerging trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team.

At redONE Mobile, business intelligence goes beyond producing reports and dashboards. We want to understand what is happening in the business, why it is happening and what we should do about it.

You will work closely with business departments and senior management to uncover trends, investigate performance gaps and translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Analyse business performance across revenue, subscriber growth, activations, churn, retention, collections and customer value.

Identify emerging trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.

Preferably 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or performance reporting.

Good working knowledge of SQL and Power BI or equivalent BI tools.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive, inquisitive and comfortable taking ownership of assignments.

Experience with Python, Snowflake, cloud data platforms or telecommunications analytics is an advantage.
