Job summary

GS Paperboard & Packaging Group is seeking a candidate for a customer service role based in Klang City, Malaysia. The successful applicant will manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include liaising with customers and preparing reports regarding delivery status.

An ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English, BM, and Chinese. Applicants with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills are preferred.

• Responsible for keying all of customer orders and to ensure everything is in order such as selling price, date of delivery, printing specification, sufficient lead-time.
• Responsible to liaise with customer in respect of their delivery schedule and all incoming enquiries.
• Responsible to liaise with Planning Department on the inventory and production planning status.
• Responsible for the monthly report - DIFOT.
• Responsible to take over Indoor Senior Executive – Customer Service job functions as and when necessary.
• Responsible to prepare quotation.
• Responsible to proceed amendment job in PDM portal.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma.
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences.
• Must be PC literate.
• Pleasant personality, well organized and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in speaking English, BM, Chinese and other dialects.
• Willing to work long hour.
