Job summary

Executive (Corporate), Group Business Development

In this role, you will support marketing initiatives, develop strategic corporate partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and execute campaigns and engagement activities that strengthen our market presence, increase patient acquisition, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, promotions, packages, and engagement activities.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for hospital services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, provide timely support, coordinate services, and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and coordinate onsite and offsite corporate health screening events, wellness programs and other B2B engagement programs.
• Support client onboarding, proposal preparation, agreement negotiation and credit facility setup.
• Develop and regularly update promotional content, manage communication through multiple communication channels including email marketing, digital channels, newsletters and digital platforms. Maintain an accurate and updated client mailing database.
• Conduct market research and surveys to understand competitor activities, identify new business opportunities, analyse trends and support strategic planning and evaluation of growth initiatives.
• Maintain structured tracking of corporate accounts, leads and engagement history. Generate monthly reports and dashboards on business development performance.
• Explore and collaborate with third-party partners to drive new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
• Propose innovative ideas and support the implementation of new initiatives to improve client engagement and business performance.
• Securing sponsorship to support marketing initiatives and client outreach programs.
• Supporting other colleagues in cross-functional marketing projects as required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager, in alignment with departmental goals and hospital policies.
• At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during the course of your duties.
• Enhance professional growth and development through reading of relevant literature, as well as attendance to relevant training programmes (internal & external).

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing, business development, corporate sales, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with corporate clients and external partners.
• Good project coordination and event management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written communication skills and the ability to develop professional marketing content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and communication platforms.
• Commercially minded, proactive, resourceful, and results oriented.
