Job description

• Enhance positive brand image for the group through effective communication activities and programmes.
• Assist with editorial tasks which include drafting, editing, proof reading and translation for corporate collateral contents, press releases, FAQs, speeches, and other materials.
• Coordinate resources required for publications and work collaboratively with relevant divisions and external vendors.
• Assist in the production of public information materials, which include advertisement materials and brochures, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in implementing corporate/media events and CSR activities.
• Manage and monitor sponsorship programme including advertisements, copy requirements and overall coordination.
• Establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Able to prepare press releases, speeches, corporate announcements, newsletters and social media content.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with the media, external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in managing corporate events, media engagements and internal communications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital communications and brand guidelines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the property development industry would be an added advantage.
