Job summary

QK Group is building a new transportation division and seeks a pioneer Company Driver to join the team in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. The role covers personal driving, company transfers, events and logistics, with opportunities to grow into fleet coordination as the division expands.

As the division grows, there will be chances to take on more responsibilities in fleet and transport operations, with travel within Malaysia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.
• GDL licence is an added advantage.
• Good driving record.
• Experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, Executive Driver or Chauffeur is preferred.
• Familiar with roads in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
• Able to use Waze and Google Maps.
• Punctual, disciplined, presentable and reliable.
• Able to communicate in basic English and Chinese.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and outstation when required.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Drive Director, management and authorised staff safely and on time.
• Handle personal driving, company transfers, events, weddings, airport transfers and logistics trips.
• Plan routes and check traffic before each trip.
• Keep company vehicles clean, presentable and ready to use.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and arrange servicing when needed.
• Assist with light loading and event and logistics transfers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional behaviour.
• Help support the daily operations of the new transportation division.
