Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar roles
Proven experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools
Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive matters effectively

Oversee daily operations of the Chairman’s Office, including supervising Personal Assistants
Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for decision-making
Support implementation of corporate policies and strategic initiatives
Assist in organizing corporate events and high-level meetings
Experience working closely with board-level stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
Proactive mindset with strong sense of accountability
Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making
