BERNAS invites applications for an Executive, Application Development & Support to assist in managing and maintaining business applications and IT systems. The role covers Level 1–2 support, integration tasks with D365, documentation, and governance adherence.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent and relevant ITIL/D365 certifications are a plus. Experience in ERP systems, PHP/HTML/CSS scripting, and MySQL database is desirable.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
• ITIL and Microsoft D365 Functional/Technical Certification are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Core and Non-Core applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors where required.
• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
• Coordinate and support system enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities.

Executive, Application Development & Support

To support the Manager in managing and maintaining business applications and IT systems, provide advanced application support, coordinate enhancement and integration activities, and ensure smooth operations of Core and Non-Core applications across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

1) Application Support

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Core and Non-Core applications

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors where required

Monitor and ensure timely resolution of support tickets

Coordinate and support system enhancement initiatives.

Assist in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities.

Support development of reports, interfaces, and minor customizations.

3) Integration & Data Management

Support integration between D365 and external/internal systems.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity during system updates or migrations.

Assist in troubleshooting integration-related issues.

4) Process & Documentation Support

Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Support audit and governance requirement

Provide guidance and support to junior team members and users

Job Requirement:

1. Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

2. Years of Experience

At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in relevant experience

Additional certification : ITIL, Microsoft D365 Functional/Technical Certification
