Etika Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a data-driven operations support professional to assist the Ancillary Business portfolio, including vending machine deployment, relocation and inventory management.

The role focuses on analyzing telemetry, generating regular reports, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and applying insights to improve efficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome, with Excel and Power BI skills valued.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in business/analytics/engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years experience in operations or project coordination is a plus.
Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Support day-to-day operations of the Ancillary Business portfolio, including vending machine deployment, relocation, inventory and product availability.
Monitor vending machine performance, telemetry and sustainability programme data, and highlight operational irregularity/issues or opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate vending machine irregularity/issues, location readiness, deployment and setup with internal teams, vendors and technical partners to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate product ordering, stock requirements and replenishment to support business continuity.
Support procurement activities and manage day-to-day coordination with suppliers, agencies and service partners.
Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards and management updates, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
Analyze operational data and translate findings into practical insights to support business decisions and performance improvement.
Support Ancillary Business and sustainability projects, working across teams to track timelines and deliver agreed outcomes.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

REQUIREMENTS

Has a degree in Business Administration/Operations Management/Data Analytics/ Data Science/Finance/Economics/Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience; 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, sales operations or a related field is an advantage.

Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.

Good coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams, vendors and partners.

Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to support site visits and on-ground operational activities when required, including on weekends or public holidays.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
