Job summary

RCX GROUP is seeking an Events Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur for a 6-month contract with potential for full-time conversion. The role focuses on listening to client needs, recommending suitable event packages, and handling proposals with professionalism.

Candidates should be comfortable liaising with corporate, private and social clients, and work closely with the Events & Operations teams to grow repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, events, hotels, restaurants, venues or another customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with corporate, private and social event customers.
• Respond to enquiries and recommend event packages.
• Conduct venue tours and meet potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
• Work closely with our Events & Operations teams.
• Learn the commercial side of F&B and hospitality events.
